- Chandeliers on high ceilings. Two-story foyers and stairwells are common in North Texas homes. We hang heavy fixtures with the right support box and get them level and centered.
- Recessed lights. New LED wafer lights in existing ceilings, with clean cutouts and dimmers that don't flicker.
- Pendants and island lights. Spaced and leveled so they look right from every angle.
- Ceiling fans. Replacements, new fan locations, fan-rated boxes and wall controls.
- Under-cabinet, closet and garage lighting.
- Switches, dimmers and smart controls. Including 3-way and 4-way setups.
Bring your own fixture or not
Most customers buy their fixtures. That's fine. Send us the link or the box photo and we'll confirm weight, mounting and whether the existing box can hold it. If it needs a stronger box or new wiring, we'll tell you before we show up, not after.
Older wiring
Swapping a fixture in an older home sometimes turns up brittle wire, missing grounds or boxes that were never secured. We fix what's needed so the new light is safe, and we explain anything we find.

Questions we get
Can you hang a chandelier on a 20 foot ceiling?
Yes. Tall foyer ceilings are routine for us. Tell us the ceiling height and fixture weight when you reach out so we bring the right equipment.
Can you add recessed lights without tearing up the ceiling?
In most single-story areas or rooms with attic access above, yes. We fish wire through small openings and the light cutouts. Rooms with another floor above take more planning.
Can a ceiling fan go where a light is now?
Usually, as long as we swap the box for a fan-rated one. Most fan installs at an existing light take an hour or two.
Do you do landscape or exterior lighting?
We install exterior lights on the house, soffit lights and security lighting. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll let you know.
