- Breakers that trip over and over, or won't reset.
- Outlets or whole rooms with no power.
- Flickering or dimming lights.
- GFCI outlets that won't reset, or tripped ones you can't find.
- Warm outlets or switches, buzzing, sparks or a burning smell.
- Outlet and switch replacements, USB outlets, adding new outlets.
- Weird wiring left by a previous owner or handyman.
Try this before you call
- Kitchen, bathroom, garage or outdoor outlets dead? Look for a GFCI outlet with a reset button. One GFCI can protect outlets in other rooms. Press reset on each one you find.
- Breaker won't reset? Push it all the way to OFF first, then back to ON.
- Partial power in the house? Check that every breaker is fully on. A tripped one can sit just slightly off center.

When to shut it off now
If you smell burning, see scorch marks or feel an outlet or switch that's hot, turn off that breaker and stop using the circuit. Then call. If you see smoke or fire, call 911 first.

Do you offer same-day service?
Same-day appointments are often available, especially for urgent problems. Call or text and we'll tell you the earliest time.
Can you give a price before you come out?
For simple jobs like outlet or fixture swaps, yes. For troubleshooting, we need to test the circuit, so we'll explain the diagnostic cost up front.
Why does my breaker keep tripping?
Common causes are too much load on one circuit, a damaged appliance cord, a loose connection, or a failing breaker. Testing finds which one.
Is flickering a big deal?
One flickering bulb is usually the bulb or dimmer. Flickering across several rooms can point to a loose connection that should be checked soon.
